Okay, so I’ve been seeing a lot of buzz about Maverick McNealy’s gear lately, and honestly, I was curious too. So, I decided to do a deep dive and see what this guy is working with. I mean, he’s been playing some solid golf, so his WITB (What’s in the Bag) must be pretty dialed in, right?
First, I started digging around online. Finding reliable, up-to-date info on a pro’s bag can be tricky! It’s not like they publish a new list every week. But I pieced together some info from recent tournaments and a few golf forums where people were pretty sure about his setup.
The Clubs
- Driver: It sounded like he had a new driver that he has only used for a short time, and it seems he’s liking it so far.
- Fairway Woods: Seems pretty standard, nothing too crazy here. I think he’s got a 3-wood and maybe a 5-wood.
- Irons: This is where it got a little interesting. From what I could tell. Classic look, which I dig.

Finally, I Spent some time to swing his clubs, and it is pretty good!
